Statistics on enemy types & locations

Statistics on enemy types & locations

An important note: Fire is stronger than Land; Land is stronger than water; and water is stronger than Fire...

If you equip your Guardians accordingly, you'll notice that your damage statistics will vary according. So for instance if you equip Hestia and fight Land (Earth) enemies, your damage stats will be greater than fighting an enemy with water based attributes, so the idea is to keep switching your guardians when confronting different enemies. Since your Guardians level up with you they can only get stronger and your magic damage increase significantly.
Here are the enemies found in certain locations in the game and some of the items you'll gain from defeating them:

Hints on the Boss Levels & Solving the Final Chapter

The boss levels in the game require good thought and reaction skills and your character should be upgraded to the level of the boss or even more for an easier battle.

First Boss Temple of fire

Level 25- Rocky Firebird

Rocky can be tricky to defeat and will hop on you wherever you are on the screen and burst out his awesome flames. But timing is always a key here and if you notice a pattern when he lands and burst his flames there will be a slight delay where you can slash him for some damage until he takes flight again. Moveably and quick slash and go is all you'll need to get Rocky defeated Potions will be invaluable here so store and buy plenty of them! Once you defeat him he will join your side as a guardian.

Second Boss Temple of Water

Phase 1
Level 40- Nord (Body 1)

This boss is quite difficult. Planning your attacks is extremely vital here since you might be at about level 25 or level 30 your stats will be very low to take on this boss early in the game. You'll have to at least Level up to 33 or 35 to have a better survival rate since Nord has two phases. The first part, she aims 3 icicle darts at you and she will continuously follow you until you stop to have a slash at her. I must emphasize as well that your weapons and armor must be upgraded/refined or if you can save enough buy the Circle Of Sword; Half plate armor; Headgear; and Battle boots. I personally didn't waste my time refining my weapons and armor to their maximum and saved my gold to buy the best rated stuff. Once you have acquired these, you'll improve your damage and your HP will be high enough when you do take damage in the second phase. I equipped Guradian Rocky and had achieved good results with his Fire pillar attack skills since she was taking repeated damage when she stood still when approached her upon meele attacks. Combo attack skills acquired from the sub quests will help a lot here and will deal more damage. Be sure to save up on those potions again because you'll definitely need it!

Phase 2
Level 40- Nord (Body 2)
Level 35- Right Tentacle
Level 35- Left Tenatacle

Nord merges with a giant like Squid with two tentacles that will smash you continuously even if you dodge the many more icicles darting at you. Stock up on those potions and don't bother destroying the tentacles, just keep on using Rocky special ability on the Squid main body and use combo attack skills to inflict more damage. Make sure you keep an eye out on your SP levels by switching to your wine potions so your SP gauge fills up faster or alternatively retreat from melee attacks and use potions to fill up your HP. Your SP will recover automatically as you retreat. Once you master using and switching potions or planning your movement so that your SP gauge recovers, your combo attacks can be devastating (especially if you learn the 4 combo attack skill) and with Guardian Rocky help, the Squid will take more damage in the second phase because the body is immobile so both Flame and Fire pillar attack skills should do considerable amount of damage. Once you have defeated Nord, then she will join you.

Third Boss - Temple of the Earth

Phase 1
Level 58 – Geb (Head)
Level 55 – Right Hand
Level 55- Left Hand

When I first encountered this third boss, I got killed without even knowing what hit me! The screen goes black and all you see is a dragon like head that darts at you form time to time spewing rocks/stones and two hands on either side pounding on you continuously! From the first few encounters thereafter I knew this was going to be a challenge. By now you should have acquired the best weapons and armor in the game. I had the Circle of Sword, which had the weakening attribute (mixed with the Orb of weakening), Full plate; Iron Headgear and Long Grip and you need to be at least Level 40 to take on Geb. If you find weapons or armor that will increase your HP then equip them instead. Potions are necessary here as well as you going to need a lot of them. You should have 50+ potions if you are at Level 40 and above. Stand in the middle of the screen and take short strides up and down in the middle, careful not to go to far up, as Gebs spewing rocks and stones at you. By taking these short strides you'll be dodging the right hand, as this will be the only hand attacking you. If you walk from left or right or vice versa you'll get pounded from both hands and these hands deal a lot of damage (over 100HP damage for 1 hand and for both you'll get smacked at least 200HP or even more if you don't have the best defensive armor). Timing is crucial here, Geb's head will dart at you three times and will delay for a few seconds. Use Guardian Rocky attacking spell by approaching the head and casting it, retreat as soon as you do this. Geb will take repeated vertical damage in the centre as his head doesn't move horizontally like Nords.
I never tried using combo melee attacks on him because once his head recoils for another attack he will push you away and you' ll take damage every time without even touching him! If you do take a lot of damage from the right hand keep drinking potions till your HP gauge is full. You could use Guardians Nords Level 20 Restoration ability here but her damage is weaker than that of Rockys. You'll have to keep your wits about you and time your attacks consistently and most of all be patient. Keep to this strategy and you will defeat phase 1 of Geb.

Phase 2

Level 60- Geb Hack
Level 40- 4 Geb Spawns will reappear infinitely

Once you have defeated phase 1 of Geb, you'll have to enter his head, to defeat his hack (I think that means his brain!). Restore all your HP and SP before you enter. This is where you' ll have to use Rocky abilities, combo melee skills, drinking potions all in a blink of an eye! Don't worry about the attacks of the Gebs Spawn as they will keep on infinitely generating. Concentrate your attacks on the Hack and if you have been practising the art of using your combo critical hits, you should defeat the Hack with no effort at all. There is no timing here, just old fashion hack, slash and drink potions!

In temple of Earth there's doors that has letters on them. What's up with those? Part of a puzzle?
